Mobily Bill unpaid bill

I had unpaid mobily bill which i paid last week .
The Company filed a case against me in mehkma tanfeedh.
I paid the bill online last week but whenever i checked with jawazaat either i can fly not they said i have an case in mehkmaa.
When this Case will finish
