Termination under article 80

Dear sir, I have been terminated by the company (Burgerking) i was working for under article 80.
I have been appointed through a sub company located in Riyadh (Jussur Imdad) Reason for termination is my absence for work.
I want to know if I will get any money after working for 5 years. Please help me clarify and guide me as soon as possible.
