My father-in-law arrived on 02/02/23, and after a month, I received a message to extend his visa. We completed all the necessary formalities on time, and when I checked the mobile application, it showed that his visa had been extended. His return tickets were already booked for 18/03/23. Unfortunately, when he arrived at the immigration checkpoint, he was stopped due to the claim that his visa had not been extended.

During that time, there was an issue with the mobile and web application, as the mobile app was not functioning properly. I inquired with the Jawazat at the airport, and they informed me that I needed to submit a fine of 700 SAR and extend the visa from Jawazat Malik Fahad.

On the following day, 19/03/23, I paid the fine and visited the Jawazat office. However, during the month of Ramadan, the Jawazat office was closed due to the heavy flow of Umrah pilgrims. We explored various avenues to resolve the issue.

My company sent an Egyptian colleague with me to submit the necessary documents to Wafedeen Alkharaj, with the expectation of obtaining an extension or a grace period. I booked tickets for my father-in-law to leave the country after two days and brought all the supporting documents with me when I submitted the case. We were told that we would receive a call.

I made multiple visits to Jawazat Malik Fahad and Wafdeen Alkharaj in an attempt to find a solution. After Eid, we successfully extended the visa at Jawazat Malik Fahad in Riyadh, and my in-laws remained in the country until the issue was resolved. I booked their return tickets to India.

A month later, when I renewed my car's istimarah, I received a message to visit the Maroor office. It was at this point that I discovered the existence of a case. My company's HR department inquired about the case and learned that it was the same case we had submitted to Wafadeen Alkharaj for visa extension or grace period approval.

During our visit to Wafedeen Alkharaj, we were informed that my service had been suspended, and a deportation order had been issued against me. We explored various options to cancel the deportation order but were unable to find a solution.

Recently, a Saudi colleague accompanied me, and we inquired further. It was then that we learned we needed to file a grievance case with the Deewan Mazalim (Grievance Court). In this context, I seek legal advice on the process to cancel this deportation order.
