What is solution for my problem

Though there are no explicit regulations that deny re-entry due to unpaid tabby bills, your conduct, credibility and financial accountability can impact your visa approval.

According to Article (92) of the implementing regulations of the labor law,

- "The expatriate shall be deported at the Employer's expense if he is found to have deserted work. Should he be found to be working for his own account, he shall be deported at his own expense. If he cannot secure a travel ticket, he shall be deported at the State's expense. An amount shall be allocated in the budget for this purpose."

- "The expatriate shall be deported at the expense of the person found to be working for him if he came on Hajj, Umra or visit visas etc. If he is found to be working for his own account, he shall be deported at his own expense, otherwise at the expense of the company, establishment or individual that he came through, or at the expense of the carrier or whoever he is concealed with."

Since the concerned amount (245 SAR) is not a huge amount, it's advisable to resolve the outstanding dues before applying for the visa again for two main reasons:

1. It offers a clear financial track record which is vital for any kind of visa application procedure.

2. It eliminates the risk of having any sort of financial liability/obligation in KSA, which might hamper the visa approval process.

So, while the unpaid bill might not directly affect your visa application, it's better to clear all your financial responsibilities to ensure a smooth and swift workflow of your visa process.
