السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، اساتذتنا الكرام، عندي تساؤل كان حكم لصالحنا في الابتدائية في نزاع عقاري لكن في الاستئناف كان الحكم لصالح الخصوم وبعد طلب النقض تم رفض الطلب.
هل يوجد مسطرة اخرى مابعد النقض وهل يمكن استئناف الملف في النقض؟
و هل هناك إمكانية لرجوع محكمة النقض في احكامها؟ وشكرا
