السلام عليكم ، لدي سؤال وأبحث عن إجابة جازكم الله خيراً. لدي زواج مدني فرنسي من مغربية فرنسية، قمنا باتفاق على الطلاق لدى الموثق. أرغب في تسجيل الطلاق في عقد الزواج المغربي. هل يمكن القيام بهذا مباشرة لدى ضابط الحالة المدنية في المغرب؟ أم يتطلب تعديل؟ مع العلم أن زواجنا غير مسجل في المغرب.

هل انت مغربي مقيم بفرنسا، وهل تم إيداع نسخة الزواج بالقنصلية أو السفارة المغربية بعد إبرامه خلال ثلاثة أشهر؟
