Hello. I would like to know what will happen if I give birth to a child after two months of marriage. We had nikah a year ago but in another country. And we do not have a document on previous nikah. But we have a marriage contract and a marriage certificate. If I give birth to a child after two months, will there be any punishment?

I have requested taif implementation court to issue implementation notice against my ex-wife on the base of order of visitation child. I have legal order copy which is ordered by Dammam court. The second time , after a year, he used the word talaq and divorced me And the third time, again after a year, he used the word talaq and we though we ended our relationship, we thought were divorced thrice. Name : Mujahid Nadeem Passport number : FE9450721 Firstly I would like to inform you about the whole situation Mujahid Nadeem who got Newley married Mujahid Nadeem came to perform umrah with his wife and his Mother and his mother-in law after Marriage very first time in his life. Before going from Pakistan to Saudia Arabia for umrah his uncle said to my husband there is someone in saudia and He wants to send some belonging from Pakistan to Saudia Which was 1 pair of shoes , toothpastes , 2 tooth brush 2 outfits ( shalwar kameez ) and face whitening cream and some homeopathic medicine which was solely for stomach problems and stomach pain they informed to take it please its request you are going to Saudia some one will take this beloning from you he will ring you and will collect the belonging. Mujahid took the belongings and checking was done at Lahore Airport and Saudi jeddah Airport and no check point stopped Mujahid. Mujahid gave the belongings to the concerned person. He collect his belongings outside the hotel. We reached saudia on 14 may 2023 performed umrah and after 3 days person collect his belongings on 17 may night around 10:00 pm. On the very next day 18 May around 12 pm CID police came to hotel and arrested mujahid nadeem and the person who took the belongings from mujahid he was also arrested and was with the CID police. Now the situation is my husband is stuck in jail from 6 months he is in shemesy Makkah Even after six months, his case has not been heard nor has there been any investigation. The embassy has said that there is a case of drug promotion (ترویج المخدرات) against him. His phone passwords were unlocked on October 11, after which there was no progress in the case.
