هذا الزواج أحد طرفيه أجنبي، لذا فهو يسمى زواج مختلط. و لتوثيقه ستحتاجان أولا لإذن من محكمة الأسرة. من أجل الحصول على هذا الإذن ستيحتاج إلى وثائق تحضرها من بلدك و أخرى تستخرجها من المغرب.
