Hi. good afternoon we are expats here in saudi arabia whose wish to get a marriage contract. we are both muslim and have different nationalities thus our respective consulates is not an option for us. a background Im the bride to be an orphan and no relatives to act as guardian in saudi arabia. thus we had a document from philippines death certificate of my father and a Court paper from the brother of my father stating there approval and awareness of our wish to marry in saudi arabia. thus when we apply in Najiz application entered our data and upload our paper. Say the guardian should have the residence iqama in the kingdom we are having a hard time to ask them as they are not responsive enough with our inquiries on what we need to do.
