هل يوجد تقادم في استرجاع الضريبة عن المغادرة الطوعية للعمل؟

استفدت من المغادرة الطوعية سنة 2017 ، وتم اقتطاع الضريبة بشكل مباشر من التعويض رغم انه معفي من الضريبة حسب المادة 57 من قانون الضرائب، قدمت دعوة بنفس السنة اي 2007 انني اريد استرجاعها ولم افز بها اريد استرجاع الضريبة الان ، هل هذا ممكن؟
