السلام عليكم ، أنا سيدة متزوجة أردت تسلم شهادة السكنى من المقدممن أجل تجديدا لبطاقة الوطنية المنتهية الصلاحية ، فطلبو مني اأن يوقع أبي الالتزام . عدت للمرة الثانية ومعي الإلتزام فطلب مني مرة أخرى موافقة الزوج ... مع العلم أنني أقيم أغلب الأوقات في بيت أبي لانني أدرس بالكلية القريبة من بيته . و هل موافقة الزوج ضرورية للحصول على شهادة السكنى ؟؟؟
