الاخوان شي تفسير الله يجازيكم بخير انا كاري واحد الدار لغرض السكن فقط كنأدي الواجب الشهري لصاحب الملك فالوقت كل شهر.. بعد مرور 5 سنواات دار الضريبة مسيفطة لينا نأدي واجب التسجيل فيه 5 مليون وزيادة داخلة فيه الزيادات وخا عمري توصلت بشي اشعار !!!!!!! مشيت سولتهم كاليك حيث فالعقد مكتوب كراء لمدة غير محددة داك شي لاش كيديرو واحد لحساب اخر.. كالو ليا كون درتي شي مدة محددة كنتي غتخلص 200 درهم فقط ولكن حيث المدة غيد محددة كي عتابروها عشرين عام وكي حددو نسبة 6%.. للمعلومة عقد الكراء كنا درناه عند عدول بناءا على رغبة مول الدار، ولكن واش هادشي كي خول باش دوز هاد لمدة وينزلو عليا ب خمسة المليون نخلصها وانا غير كاري لا غير؟؟ فيدووونا الله يجاازيكم بخير
