السلام عليكم اقوم حاليا بإصلاح النوافد و الابواب و الصباغة داخل المنزل و زارنا القائد مع المقدم بحجة اني يجب أن أطلب رخصة اصلاح . ماهي هده الرخصة؟ وهل فعلا صباغة منزلي وتبديل النوافد يحتاج الى رخصة؟ ام ان هدا تعسف و استغلال السلطة وشكرا لكم وشكرا لكم
