التراجع عن التنازل في قضية الضرب والجرح

السلام عليكم، بعد حكم القاضي في محكمة الاستناف بشهر ونصف حبسا نافذة وغرامة مالية قدرها 500 درهم في قضية الضرب والجرح والتي قدم صاحب الدعوى فيها تنازل وقال للقاضي انه تنازل لانه اخذ كل تعويضاته، هل يمكن للمدعي ان يرفع دعوى تانية او يفتح نفس الملف لطلب تعويضات اخرى؟ شكرا
