ماهي شروط ثوتيق زواج مغربية من سوري بالمغرب ؟

السلام عليكم انا فتاة مغربية مقيمة بالمغرب اريد الزواج من شاب سوري مسلم درزي مقيم بالمانيا هو لايستطيع الدخول الى المغرب لانه سوري الجنسية لدالك سوف نلتقي بماليزيا لنتزوج ونعمل عقد قران شرعي واريد استشارة قانونية بهذا الموضوع ولدي عدة اسئلة : ماهي الوثائق المطلوبة التي يجب ان اجهز في المغرب من اجل الزواج في ماليزيا؟ هل هذا الزواج سيكون معترف به من طرف الدولة المغربية وقابل للتسجيل ؟ هل يمكنني ثوثيق هذا العقد في المغرب وماهي الوثائق المطلوبة لهذه الاخيرة ؟
