اذا كان هناك بنت بعمر ال3سنوات مواطنة وهناك من يعرف اهلها جيدا وهو ليس سعوديا ويريد فتح مشروع ولكن لايسمح ان تكون المشاريع او تحديدا المحلات بإسم مقيم بل يجب ان يكون المحل بإسم مواطن هل يصلح ان يكون المحل او المشروع بإسم بنت مواطنة بهاذا العمر ام يشترط ان تكون بالغة وشكرا
