I am on notice period with my current employer the end date of contract is in June 2025, but on qiwa It is mentioned as January 2026, company accepted the resignation internally in March 2025 but not updated on qiwa I requested on qiwa to terminate the contract twice under article 74 informed the site HR but the company didn't responded and it got expired. Now I have left 35 days of notice period and I have got a job offer and employment transfer request from new employer what legal procedure I should follow to get everything done properly and get transfer smoothly. please help me out of this situation 🙏🏻
My original contract is ending in April 2025 but in qiwa it shows January 2026, I had already submitted resignation to end the contract on original date and it is approved by the company. So, under which section I can terminate my contract in qiwa. Terminating contract on qiwa will affect my End service benefits? I am employed with my current company for 6 years and my salary is 2000 SAR.
Currently I working on my site and for my current site we have a different accomodation and my all official paperworks regarding my employment is being handled by my current site HR team. Once after finishing my contract with the company the site management is transferring me to another camp.Fron that camp it is very difficult to come to my project to ask anything regarding my exit, employer transfer, benefit money. as per my knowledge there is no such policy to transfer to the people to another camp after finishing the contract.So what I should do if they are forcefully sending me to another camp?

I want to resign from my current company but my contract is now renewed according to a clause mentioned in the contract that if I will not inform the company 30 days before the expiration of the contract it will be renewed automatically. But on my second contract it's mentioned that I have 180 days of probation period and I can resign without notifying them. I want to know that I am eligible to use these 180 days to resign or not?

• Breached multiple articles of the Cooperative Health Insurance Law (Articles 8, 11, 14, and 21) and Saudi Civil Transactions Law (Articles 1, 82, 84, and 206).
• Negligence and failure to provide timely and accurate information caused severe emotional, financial, and physical harm.
Demands:
1. Amanah must cover all pending claims, including the Mowasat hospital bill (SAR 19,119).
2. Compensation of SAR 1,000,000 for emotional distress, financial losses, and health risks caused by Amanah’s negligence.
3. Disciplinary action against Amanah for non-compliance and mistreatment of policyholders.
4. Accountability for delays, miscommunication, and violations of legal obligations.
The policyholder urges SAMA and CHI to ensure justice and impose penalties on Amanah for their actions.

Dear Sir, i have been going through humiliation and mental torture from our General Manager ever since i have joined the company and she promised many things but all in vain and she usually is vocally an aggressive lady. Just to brief about my situation, in one meeting she shouted and humiliated me towards my knowledge and work experience and after the meeting i have sent a whatsApp message that i want to leave cordially, then she had a one on one meeting with me and asked me to give all the details of my work to give a raise which was due as agreed since one year and then after she suddenly terminated me without any written notice and my last working day was 31st October 2024. and until now i have not received my end of service and my benefits as promised. moreover, she forced me to handle different departments which i did all the year without any additional benefits.. I was dismissed with out any verbal / written warnings after working for a company for 10 months and they have given me 2 months termination period. I am on a 24 month contract with them as the employment contract is limited for 2 years. I received the probation passing letter as well. Can I claim the remainder of The contract from them due to unfair dismissal?
We had supplied materials along with MTC February 2023. Now the company's end a letter requesting for refund stating we had provide fake certificate and fake materials. The owner of my current company is forcing me to renew my contract with him. I was born in Saudi and lived all my life in Jeddah. I'm now in US and I'm American citizen. My brother is Saudi Nationality and had company for real estate development. I worked for him many years, he should pay all my salaries and commission. He took loan from bank and the business and his company got bankruptcy. I was guarantor with the bank. the bank had cases asking for the money from both of us. Now, I need to get off that because I'm still have connected with all my parents and family in SA. He was responsible for that money not me, he used me to have that money. I left SA in Nov 2017. I want to get back with no any cases against me.
