السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اخوي معك الطالب بلال حسن غباري من اصحاب الهمم بدرس سنة ثالثة قانون من سوريا انا .. اخوي الدكتور طالب مني تفسير مادتين بقانون المعاملات المدنية رقم 1 والمادة رقم 23 ممكن تساعدني..تنص المادة رقم 23 من قانون المعاملات المدنية على انه تتبع مبادئ القانون الدولي الخاص فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص في المواد السابقة من أحوال تنازع القوانين .. المطلوب بيان مدى التعارض بينه وبين نص المادة الاولى من ق . م .م مع التفسير
