Release from current employer after termination of contract on Qiwa

I am working on a labor visa here in Saudi Arabia , I have terminated my contract on Qiwa , I dont want to work anymore in this current company and getting a good job in another company . I am on notic period as per Qiwa for 30 days , what will happen if they dont give me release . Please help me .

Expired Iqama, no contract on file from kafeel

Hello, I found out my kafeel did not renew my Iqama for over a year and he didn’t tell me. He abandoned my iqama and did not provide health insurance during my contract as well. I found someone who wants to transfer my sponsorship but I can’t terminate my contract because I don’t have a contract on file with HRSD. How can I renew my iqama and transfer to a new sponsor in the smoothest way possible? What steps do I need to take if I don’t have a contract to terminate and ny kafeel didn’t renew for over a year? Am I free to go to Jawazat directly without repercussion or do I go to HRSD first? I’m trying to make this right.

Reopen my case or help me for financial

Respected Sir, Thank you for your kind and informative response. I am in urgent need of a lawyer who can represent my case, but unfortunately, my financial condition is so critical that I cannot even afford 1 Riyal. I humbly request you to please help me in this matter. I have strong evidence that my employer terminated me, but in one of the court decisions, it was wrongly recorded that I left the job on my own — even though I never said that. Based on this incorrect statement, my Kafeel filed a compensation case against me and won. But the truth is, I did not resign or terminate the contract. Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Mudassir Faizan, I am an Indian citizen currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I came to Saudi Arabia for work, and ever since my arrival, I have been facing a series of serious challenges which I am unable to resolve on my own due to my financial and legal condition. Here is a detailed summary of my situation: 1. Employment & Contract Issues: I was brought to Saudi Arabia on a valid employment contract. After arrival, our Iqama and licensing took 3-4 months to process. During that time, the company did not assign us to proper work and kept delaying. When work started, my basic salary was SAR 1200. My Kafeel later accused me of terminating the contract without reason and filed a compensation case under Article 77 of the Saudi Labor Law, demanding SAR 21,600. However, I did not terminate the contract, and the contract is still active on the KSA systems (Kiva). The sponsor stopped calling me for work and left me jobless. 2. Current Legal Status: My Iqama is expired. I have no job or income. My bank account is frozen. A Tanfeez (execution) case has already been filed and 1 month has passed since. I have no way to pay the compensation amount. 3. Financial and Family Situation: I lost my father about 9-10 months ago, and I have a certificate as proof. Since then, I am the only responsible member for my family. My mother is unwell and unable to support financially. We are going through extreme financial hardship both in Saudi Arabia and India. My Humble Request: I sincerely request you to kindly assist me by providing: A letter from the Indian Embassy or welfare body that explains my financial condition, to submit to the labor or execution court. Any support, guidance, or reference to NGOs or lawyers who can assist in resolving this case. Help in applying for final exit or waiving off compensation through proper legal channels. Employment resignation

I was working as a teacher in jeddah and resigned during my probation period which was 6 months. The school is not accepting my resignation stating that I don’t have the right to resign as per our signed contract.However, the contract mentions only about the right of first party to terminate the contract but doesn’t specifically restrict the second party from resigning. what is the legal basis of the matter?

Want compensation

I did online shopping from online store and booked my order for pickup from their branch. After visiting many times couldn't get my order so I contacted their costumer care they asked me to wait.after sometime their team member said it has been cancelled as I put wrong number,which is not the case because I choose to pickup from their branch when I read the number they mentioned it was their own branch number which they rated on parcel so I can contact and pickup but instead they keep calling for their own branch number for deliver the order and the man who picked up the call asked he didn't order from them How irresponsible they are and after 30 days they cancelled my order.i wanted a compensation but they ignored.the mistake was from their side. Now tell me is there any law so I can file a compensation for time I spen and mental anxiety they gave me?

Missed Dues on Loan , Notice to Pay in 5 Days

I have missed three payments on my existing loan and has received from MOJ to pay the total remaining loan in 5 days ( Implementation request ) . I cannot pay the amount in 5 days , i am willing to pay the loan in two installments in two months . How do i avoid the case against me Or ask extension for me arrange the money and is there any jail term for the above ? Note : I have completed several loans in the past , due to family situation in india , i was not frequent in my dues .

I want to know my employment rights (as per labour laws) in Saudi Arabia

Hi, I am an expat working as Auditor in an Audit Firm in Riyadh. I arrived for the first time in the Kingdom on my employer's visa on March 10, 2024 (this year) and my employment contract is till September 9, 2024 (6 months). However, as per one month notice period defined in employment contract (same mentioned on Qiwa platform), I notified my employer through email on July 31, 2024 that I will not renew my contract with them after September 9, 2024 and have notified the same through Qiwa platform since I plan to move to another employer and have requested my current employer to transfer my Iqama to the next employer in Riyadh. Now, my employer is saying that they will not accept my resignation. I have already resigned on Qiwa and have served my notice period as well. Since I have been in the Kingdom for 6 months only, I am not well aware of the legal implications. Please help me and let me know where do I stand in this situation.

Emergency leave and convert to contract terminators

Mu name uwaiz siddiqui I m from India I working in this company since last year September suddenly 10 Day's back I have emergency with my brother he's hospitalized and I ask company for 10 Day's leave they refused the leave and said go and do to the duty , on my home my brother is in critical Condition and at my home there is no gents there I already mentioned that on the leave email but they refused my leave and my mind is not set because of my brother situation I refused the duty and they said ok come to Turaif I came to riyad and the punished 10 Day's in riyad without salary and yesterday I went office they said you want to go India or go back to the duty I said my brother is hospitalized I want to go emergency leave they said you have only option to resign the job I said I don't have job in India and anywhere I contract with 2 year but they said resin or go to duty they compelled resin or terminat the contract I did and now they are telling we will take legal action I don't understand what I do they said you have 3 days in accomodation after 3 day's you need to leave .
