كيف يمكن للبيك الشعبي أن تدع حسابي مفتوح بعد إغلاقه تماما بعد اربع سنين؟

أنا مواطنة مغربية قاطنة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، لقد كان لديا حساب بنكي مع البنك الشعبي ونظرا لعدم إستعماله قمت بسحب وإغلاق الحساب في سنة 2016 ولما قررت مجددا في سنة 2020 فتح حساب جديد معهم للحصول على قرض فوجيئت بأن حسابي القديم لازال مفتوحا وعليه مصاريف البنك التي تقدر ب2500 درهم، مع العلم أنني بعد فترة زمنية طويلة إنقطعت الإرساليات من البنك ظنا مني أن الحساب قد أغلق. ماذا يجب عليا فعله؟
