انا موظف بالقطاع العام اريد ان اعرف هل يحق لي امتلاك سيارة اجرة . ليس انا من سيشتغل عليها انا ساقوم فقط بعملية الشراء باسمي .و اذا كان من غير الممكن كيف لي ان استطيع اتمام عملية الشراء عن طريق فرد من العائلة و ان اضمن حقي بواسطة ورقة قانونية. شكرا
