هذا حق من حقوقكم لأن المادة 160 ن مدونة الأسرة تنص على أنه لكل من له المصلحة، أن يطعن في صحة توفر شروط الاستلحاق ، مادام المستلحق ( بفتح الحاء) حيا، أي الشخص المطعون في نسبه.
