I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Legally speaking, you have a few options at your disposal due to Saudi Arabian Real Estate Laws.

Under Saudi Arabian Law:

1. Criminal Procedural Law - Article 41: "If there is a reason to assume that a crime is currently being committed in a home or private place, or that a person wanted by public authority or a person unable to cry for help due to illness, handicap, old age or other reasons is inside there, it is permissible to enter into without a search warrant."

This law refers to your immediate need for police assistance when your property was being seized. If the police were not responsive, you should insist on the immediate application of Article 41.

2. The Saudi Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts - Article 13: “The Realty Judiciary Rule states that the person who proves his ownership has the right to claim his rights, with proof in compliance with the rules of Islamic Sharia.”

You need to provide proof of your ownership, like your title deed and proof of purchase, to the relevant authorities.

3. Procedural Law for Rent Dispute Resolution - Article 13: “The committee must decide to demand the eviction of the tenant if the landlord proves that the tenant refused to vacate the property after the termination of the rental contract.”

This could be applied if a legal rental contract existed between you and the current occupiers. If there wasn't one, this law wouldn't be directly applicable.

Considering these laws, it is recommended that you again approach the police and provide all the necessary proof of your ownership. Keep insisting on your plea to evict the unknown occupants. You should immediately register a complaint against these people as according to the law, you, as the owner of the house, have the right to demand eviction of any illegal occupants.

You might also consider consulting a lawyer for additional advice on how to pursue your case legally in court.
