I'm sorry to hear about your predicament. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, workers' rights are protected under the Saudi Labor Law. Specifically, two articles may be relevant to your situation:

1. Article 87 of the Saudi Labor law states: "The worker shall be entitled upon the end of his contract to a reward for the period of his service, to be calculated on the basis of half a month wage for each of the first five years and one-month wage for the rest of the years. The last wage shall be the base for the calculation of the reward."

2. Article 91: "Without prejudice to any more beneficial rights and terms under the contract, the regulations or the work rules, if the work relation ends, for any reason, the employer shall be required to issue at his own expense to the worker, within a maximum of one week from the date of end of the work relation, a document indicating the type of work, the date of his employment and the date and reason for termination, the total period of service, the worker's wage and the benefits he is entitled to.

The said document shall be signed by the employer and shall be free from any reservation or deletion that may deprive the worker from any of his rights. The employer shall, within the said week ensure that the worker delivers the tools, machinery, supplies, raw materials or any other items that are owned by the employer or are kept in the observance of the worker. The employer shall be responsible for any delay in the issue of the said document or submission of such items.

Another very important thing is accommodation. As per Article 39: "The employer may not force the worker to vacate the furnished accommodation before he is paid all his dues."

In light of this, it's clear that an employer in Saudi Arabia has the obligation to settle all final dues when an employment contract ends. If they fail to do so, you are within your right to refuse to vacate your provided accommodation until all dues are paid.

You can reach out to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) for assistance. You can contact them through their website or hotline, or visit a nearby labor office to file a complaint against your employer. Please be prepared to provide all relevant documents and information regarding your situation.

The laws outlined above are designed to protect you, as an employee, in such a situation. I encourage you to utilize these protections according to the law and seek the assistance of the appropriate authorities.
