End service huroob justice

Based on Saudi Arabian Labor Law (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development), Article (73): Huroob (Absconding notification) is a serious labor accusation in KSA where the employer claims that the worker is absent from work without valid reason.

1. If an employer files a 'Huroob' against you, they also deny all your end-of-service benefits, which is against the Saudi Arabian Labor Law (Article 84 & 85). These laws assert your right to an end-of-service award (half a month’s wage for each of the first five years of employment and a month’s wage for each of the following years).
