I understand your situation and here's how Saudi Arabia's labor laws apply to it:
According to Article 77 of the Saudi Arabia Labor Law:
"If the term of the contract is not fixed, either party may terminate such without giving reasons and without indemnity by serving the other party a notice, 15 days in advance if the wage is paid monthly or not less than thirty days for others."
This indicates that you have the right to terminate your employment contract.
As you mentioned, your original contract ends on 18 June 2025, but according to the company's record on Qiwa, it ends in January 2026. There might be a miscommunication or mistake from the company's side during the request for transfer between the establishment of the same employer.
I recommend you to openly discuss the matter with your current employer by highlighting the error and seek to have the correct contract end date updated in the Qiwa system.
Moreover, regarding your decision to transfer to another company, it is crucial to note Article 83 of the Saudi Labor Law:
"If an employment contract is for a fixed term, it shall terminate at the expiry of its term. If the two parties continue to implement it, the contract shall be considered to have been renewed for an indefinite term."
So, if by 18 June 2025 you remain at the company, your contract could be viewed as having transitioned to an indefinite term contract, and the regulations applicable to termination of such contracts would apply.
Finally, according to Article 90 of the Saudi Labor Law:
"A worker may leave his work without notice in the following cases... 4/ If the employer has failed to fulfill his contractual or legal obligations towards the worker"
This implies that if there's a discrepancy between the actual contract and the Qiwa system, you may have grounds to terminate your contract without notice.
You may want to consult with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development directly for further clarification.
