Respected Sir,

Thank you for your kind and informative response.

I am in urgent need of a lawyer who can represent my case, but unfortunately, my financial condition is so critical that I cannot even afford 1 Riyal. I humbly request you to please help me in this matter.

I have strong evidence that my employer terminated me, but in one of the court decisions, it was wrongly recorded that I left the job on my own — even though I never said that. Based on this incorrect statement, my Kafeel filed a compensation case against me and won. But the truth is, I did not resign or terminate the contract.

Even now, my contract is still active as per the official system.

I am truly helpless and have no one to support me. I sincerely request you to either:

Provide me with a lawyer who can help me reopen the case and represent my true side, or

Kindly support me financially so I can pursue legal action to prove my innocence.

Please understand that I am in a very desperate and helpless condition. I place my trust in your guidance and support.

I can feel your distress and understand your situation. I am not a lawyer but I do have knowledge about laws in KSA which might guide you in the right way. According to Saudi Labor Law:

1. An employee who is terminated by the employer has the right to take a legal action against termination [Article 77 of Saudi Labor Law].

2. In cases of disagreement on the reasons for termination, the burden of proof lies on the employer [Article 81 of Saudi Labor Law].

3. If you're unable to pay for the judicial fees due to your financial situation, according to Article 161 of Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts, the judge has the right to exempt you from these fees.

Now, considering your circumstances, you may use these laws to your advantage.

First, you must know it's your right to contest any decision you feel is unjust. You should collect all the evidences supporting your claim that you've been terminated, not resigned. This can be any communication from your employer, any witnesses, etc.
