I work for a company, and the company is violating labor laws in several cases. How can I report this situation? It's not just about me, it affects all the employees.

You can express your concerns about labor law violations through the channels provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to Saudi's labor law:
Article 13: "An employer shall inform the employer in writing of the terms and conditions of the work and service contract once the contract is concluded. This should detail the rights and obligations of both parties."
Article 61: "In case an employer breaches any of the provisions of the Labor Law, its implementing regulations, and decisions, the competent authority may apply any or a combination of the following penalties…"
If the employer is violating these provisions, you can report this matter. In this case, employees can use the "Maan" (Together) service, which is available on the "Rasd" portal, provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The Rasd portal is a platform dedicated to receiving workers' complaints and reports about labor law violations. The service aims to protect the worker's rights and improves the work environment in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030. You can access this portal through the following link: https://rasd.ma3an.gov.sa
Remember, for this complaint to be effective, do try to gather as much evidence as possible. This could include photographs, documents, or first-hand testimonies. Such substantiations will greatly help the Ministry in investigating your complaint thoroughly and taking appropriate action.
