عطل و ضرر due to firing for no reason and physical and psychological damage

Hi. I was working in a company here in Saudi arabia. But after 2 months probation, they fired me because of no reason. I just reported illegal.stuff happening in accomodation. When I reported to HR he did not do anything then he fired me for no reason. Also, during my stay at accomodation it was not safe toxic environment and roomates did not let me sleep. One of them threaten to kill me and kidnap me. She hit me. She also spoke to accomodation manager and told him that she will hit me and escape and have no problem with this. She will.hit me. She is still in the company not fired. She is also under probation. I went to hospital.one time because of everything going on because of stress. What should I do legally? Can I file a lawsuit against them? Will I have تعويض؟ can I file lawsuit عطل و ضرر against them for psychological and physical damage?
