SALARY PENDING ISSUE

I am a Indian Citizen, working in a construction company in Riyadh as site engineer since 2019 November onwards., As of now my 6 months salary are pending including current month., My Iqama is going to expire on 15th July 2023., Due to some personal issues planning to resign and go for final exit on next month., Is any possibility to get my pending salary and service benefits If I file a case even though I leave Saudi Arabia for final exit.
