السلام عليكم و رحمة الله تعالى و بركاته أستاذي الكريم، و بعد، أنا موظف و زوجتي كانت تعمل في القطاع الخاص و هي حاليا منقطعة عن العمل من طرف الشركة المشغلة منذ تقريبا الشهر و نصف! وهي حامل في شهورها الأخيرة! سؤالي لكم أستاذي الكريم، هل يحق لها بعد الولادة إن شاء الإستفادة من منحة الولادة من طرف CNSS أم لا؟ علما أنها تابع لنظام التغطية الصحية CNOPS? وإذا كان نعم، كيف السبيل إلى ذلك و شكرا جزيلا أستاذي الكريم.
