About finance application

Hello sir i just want to legal advice about my issues I'm here in Saudi Arabia i use application (tiqmo) to send money the amount is 5300 sr i sent it successfully but after one day they cancel my transfer and money refund in my tiqmo application and blocked my account since 20 days now i can't withdraw my money I'm calling tiqmo customer service number but no one response more than 500 times i call but no one response anything they just said we will unblock soon
