Your situation falls under various laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. The key laws are:

1. **The Labor Law of Saudi Arabia**: Employers have the right to report absconding employees to the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, which may result in a ban on the employee's entry into the country for future work. Not being in the country at the moment makes you an absconding employee in the eyes of Saudi law, hence your sponsor might have reported you as absconding, which led to a travel ban.

2. **The Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts**: If a defendant does not appear in court for a case in which he/she is involved, the court has the right to issue a travel ban against the defendant. Your lender might have taken you to court for the unpaid loan, and since you weren't in the country to attend the court hearings, a travel ban has been issued under your name.

3. **Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations**: Banks and other lenders can file a case against borrowers who default on their loan repayments. Lenders have the right to request a travel ban be put on borrowers until the debts are cleared.

Considering these laws and regulations, your ability to re-enter Saudi Arabia may depend on the specifics of your situation, particularly the details of the alleged absconsion charge by your sponsor and the unpaid loan.

As per Saudi Arabian laws, if a travel ban has been issued against you, you cannot enter the country until the ban is lifted. To achieve this, you would have to coordinate with your previous sponsor and the bank or financial institution to which you owe the debt to settle the issues.

Remember, it's essential to resolve legal matters, such as outstanding loans, before leaving any country to avoid such travel bans and legal consequences in the future.
