Based on the Saudi Arabian legal system, once a debt has been fully cleared, it takes approximately 2-4 weeks for the cases in the Execution Department (Mehkma Tanfeedh) to be closed and for bans on travel to be lifted. This period may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

Here is a general law that applies in this context:

- Article 4 of the Executive Regulation of the Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts provides that "The enforcement judge shall order the case procedures to be swiftly completed."

It is crucial that you ensure you have proof of the payment you have made for the unpaid bill as this will serve as your key evidence to get the case against you closed. You may need to approach Mobily with your payment receipt to ensure they have marked your bill as paid on their end and requested removal of the case from Mekhma Tanfeedh.

In typical cases, after the department receives the payment confirmation, a report about the settlement of the dispute from the Execution Court is sent to the Passport Office (Jawazat) to lift the travel ban.

If after this period your case in the Mekhmaa Tanfeedh is still present and preventing your travel, you may need to follow up directly with the court or with Mobily to confirm they have notified the court that your bill is paid in full.

Ensure to keep track of all communications and transactions for any potential reference in the future.
