شركة تتكون من شريكين 50 في المائة لكل واحد منهما التسيير مناصفة بينهم أحد الشركاء تنازل لحق الكراء لشركة أسسها باسمه و استولى على منقولات الشركة الأولى مع العلم تم تحرير محضر من طرف مفوض قضائي يتوق عدم سماح الشريك في الشريكة الأولى دخول مقر الشركة بحجة أنه المكتري الجديد للمحل ما المساطر المتبعة
