Want compensation
I did online shopping from online store and booked my order for pickup from their branch.
After visiting many times couldn't get my order so I contacted their costumer care they asked me to wait.after sometime their team member said it has been cancelled as I put wrong number,which is not the case because I choose to pickup from their branch when I read the number they mentioned it was their own branch number which they rated on parcel so I can contact and pickup but instead they keep calling for their own branch number for deliver the order and the man who picked up the call asked he didn't order from them
How irresponsible they are and after 30 days they cancelled my order.i wanted a compensation but they ignored.the mistake was from their side.
Now tell me is there any law so I can file a compensation for time I spen and mental anxiety they gave me?
