1. Dismissal and arbitrary sacking: According to Article 80 of Saudi Labor Law, an employee can be instantly terminated without notice in certain situations, however, your case does not seem to fall under these categories. If your termination is not justifiable, then it's considered arbitrary dismissal. If you have been unfairly dismissed, you are entitled to compensation.
2. Final settlement including End of Service Benefits: Article 87 states that when the work relation ends, the employer shall give the employee, without delay, an end-of-service certificate and pay all his dues. Further, Article 84 - 88 specify that, each employee who complete one year or more in service, is entitled for an end of service award.
3. Overwork without benefits: The law is clear in Article 107 that if the employer assigns the worker tasks that are substantially different from the work agreed upon and this causes a substantial harm to the worker, the worker can refuse to perform the work until the dispute is settled.
Based on these provisions, you may have grounds to pursue a legal course of action to obtain your end-of-service benefits, possibly seek compensation due to arbitrary dismissal, and voice about your concern on overwork without benefits.
Please consider consulting a legal practitioner to guide you further on these matters in accordance with the specifics of your employment contract and your unique situation. Note: It's important to maintain all communication and documents related to this matter as it serves as an evidence for your claim.
