I have Terminated contract by Qiwa as per Article 81Labour law on 04/03/2025 because of always salary delay. after that my Company forcing me to sign as per Article 80 without any leave salary and balance salary..please give me needful advice

According to Article 81 of the Labor Law in KSA, an employee has the right to terminate the work contract without notice in instances where the employer fails to meet contractual or legal obligations towards the worker - this includes not giving the worker their wages on time.

Article 80 on the other hand permits the worker to terminate his contract with notifying the employer within a specific time frame but isn't specifically about missing wages.

Since you have terminated your contract through Qiwa under Article 81, you have the right to receive your final settlement including delayed salaries, leave balance and end of service benefits, without being obligated to agree to conditions under Article 80.
