Saudi Arabian labor laws are beneficial and protective towards employees. Under the Saudi Labor Law, an employer cannot force you to relocate without your consent.

According to the Article 39 of the Saudi Labor Law, the employer may transfer the worker from his original workplace to another place if such transfer is necessary for the business or if it becomes necessary due to circumstances related to the work in accordance with the rules and standards to be set by a decision of the Minister of Labor.

Similarly, Article 61 states that "If the worker is required to work outside the city for a period not exceeding one month, the employer shall bear the accommodation expenses and the worker's travel expenses.”

However, the law also states that if your contract is complete and no renewal is set, the employer has no responsibility to hold out to any offers in this case.

In order to combat the unfair treatment, I would firstly suggest voicing your concerns to your HR department within your company, making sure they are aware of the difficulties this move would have on your lifestyle. Failing that, it may be necessary to consult with an employment lawyer or trade union officer to help negotiate or talk through your options with the company. If not satisfied then you have the right to file the case with The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Therefore your situation mainly calls for communication, negotiation or possibly legal action if you feel your rights are being infringed. It's important to be informed about such legal rights so as not to be exploited.
