I'm sorry to hear about your situation. As a legal expert based in KSA, I can provide some general guidance based on Saudi Arabian laws.

When it comes to the issue of personal matters, these are governed by Islamic Sharia law. In Saudi Arabia, all marital and family issues are administered according to a personal status law based on Hanbali jurisprudence, a branch of Sunni Islam. This is not codified, meaning there's no systematic set of statutes you can directly refer to.

However, it's important to note two key points:

1) If the man involved is a Saudi citizen, his actions abroad could still subject him to legal consequences in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, if paternity can be established, it might be possible to file a complaint directly within Saudi Arabia.

2) Adultery is a serious offense in Saudi Arabia, this could potentially complicate matters. Discussion of pregnancies outside marriage could implicate both parties, which could lead to punishments if proven guilty.

Saudi law considers the health and well-being of the mother and child to be of utmost importance. If proven the man pushed the woman into an unsafe abortion, leading to health complications, legal penalties can be severe. However, executing such procedures would require legal advice from lawyers or specialized legal firms.

You asked about contacting the family, it's a personal sensitive issue, and doing so could have various consequences. You'd need to consider the cultural and social implications. Saudi Arabia is a conservative society, and such news might lead to unforeseen consequences.

Always remember, this is general advice and legal outcomes may vary based on exact details that only a lawyer with complete information could accurately provide. It is always recommended to seek legal advice before proceeding in this kind of delicate situation.
