انا من يريد انشاء مشروع حضانة و لكني لا املك منزلا فهل يمكن توقيع عقد تسيير حر gérance libre مع صاحب منزل يصلح لحضانة مع انه لم يبدأ بتشغيلها بعد ام يجب انتظار مرور سنتين على تشغيله لها؟ اذا كان الجواب لا يمكن عمل عقد تسيير حر ، فماهو العقد الأنسب لي لكي اقوم بهذا المشروع هل هو عقد كراء فقط؟
