اشتريت شقة ولم اتكمن من استخدام المصعد

السلام عليكم اشتريت شقة ودفعت تكاليف السانديك لمدة سنة ولكنني بعد 5 أشهر أجد أن المصعد لم يشتغل فما المسطرة التي يجب اتباعها في حق السانديك مع العلم انني اشتريت الشقة في الطابق الرابع وبعد تعرض لحادثة سير نصحني الطبيب بعدم الصعود في الدروج فما العمل وشكرا
