هل التنازل عن القضية لدى المحكمة يسقط الملف ام لا ؟

لدي مشكل سب وقذف مع احد الاشخاص . وقمنا بالتفاهم وقرر ان يذهب الى المحكمة لتقديم التنازل . هل المحكمة ستسقط الملف ؟ مع العلم ان الجلسة الاولى قد مرت في 15 11 2017 وانا لم استلم الدعوى حتى 1 12 2017 سؤالي داءما هل سيسقط الملف ام السلطة العمومية سوف تستكمل المحاكمة ؟
