رفع دعوة قضائية على موزع سيارات

اشتريت سيارة جديدة من نوع فورد مع ضمان سنتين. قبل انتهاء مدة الضمان تعرضت السيارة لعطل لم تستطع الشركة الموزعة تصليحه بعد مرور 5 اشهر من وضع السيارة في مرأب الشركة الموزعة و لازالت الى يومنا هذا عندهم. مع العلم انهم اعطوني سيارة كبديل ريتما اصلحت سيارتي مع العلم انها ليست بالجودة مقارنة مع سيارتي. سؤال هل يمكن رفع دعوة قضائية للتعويض على الضرر الناتج عن تأخر الاصلاح مع العلم اني اسدد فواتير التقسيط بانتظام دون الاستفادة من سيارتي لمدة 5 اشهر؟
