اصدرت المحكمة بيع في المزاد العلني لعقار غير قابل للقسمة لكثرة عدد الورثة. الحكم صدر في سنة 2004 وفي تلك السنة العقار كان مكتري ولم يتقدم احد للمزاد وفي سنة 2017 اصبح العقار فارغ ىسؤالي هل يمكن طلب من المحكمة مراجعة ثمن البيع بالمزاد
