ضريبة بتاريخ قبل عقد البيع

انا اشتريت عقار من مقاولة شهر 5 سنة 2011 و الان وجدت في موقع الخزينة العامة انه علي دفع ضريبة ااسكن لسنة 2010. مع العلم انني سنة 2017 دخلت موقع الخزينة و اديت ضريبة سنة 2012و 2013و 2014 ولم يكن هناك وجود لضريبة 2010. شكرا على جزيلا.
