Je me prépare pour acheter un appartement neuf pour usage d’habitation
d’un montant de 460 000,00dh sans crédit .quels sont les frais que je
vais supporter ? (notaire+enregistrement+conservation) svp j ai besoin
du totale a payer .merci infiniment d’avance.

سيلزمك اولا مصاريف التسجيل وهي 3٪ من المبلغ زائد مصاريف التحفيظ وهي 1,5 ٪ زائد رسم ثابت قدره 100 والموثق اذا كنت اشتريت الشقة وهي لا زالت في طور الانجاز فان العقد النهائي بالنسبة للموثق ثمنه 2500 درهم اما ان لم يكن كذلك فان الموثق يحدد اتعابه وانت لك ان تتفاوض معه واذا احتجت لان نترجم لك اعلمنا
