السلام عليكم مشكلتي انني بغيت نبدل العنوان ديال البطاقة الوطنية اللي هو فالاصل ديال صديقتي اللي كنت ساكنة معاها قبل ما تزوج.. دبا انا شريت شقة في السكن الاقتصادي في مدينة مراكش مسقط رأسي وأعمل في الرباط واتنقل بين مراكش والرباط في انتظار انتقالي ولكن السيد المكلف في الدائرة الأمنية رفض رفضا تاما يعطيني شهادة السكنى مع العلم أنه السكن الوحيد والرئيسي عندي وكنقطن فيه .. وطلبات مني مديرية الضرائب استبدال العنوان كمواطنة مغربية ليس لها سكن قار في المدينة اللي كتعمل فيها واش من حقها تكون عندها شهادة السكنى ولا نتحسب مع اصحاب دون مأوى الله يحفظكم جاوبوني راني فامس الحاجة لهاذ الشهادة وشكرا جزيلا
