السلام عليكم كيف يمكن ايقاف تنفيد حكم الا فراغ من سكن تابع لاملاك الدولة و شكرا كنت اكتري هدا السكن من املاك الدولة بدون عقد كراء( كنت ادفع واجب الكراء لخزينة الدولة مقابل وصولات :تمن الكراء و عنوان السكن) كنت ااديه بانتظام ومؤخرا قاموا برفع دعوى قضائية بطردي ابتدءيا و استءنافيا بطردي وافراغي من هدا المنزل الدي افنيت عمري فيه وانا في سن يفوق 80 سنة

إن كان الأمر يتعلق بالسكن الوظيفي فالدولة يبقى لها الحق في استرجاع السكن مند تاريخ الإحالة على التقاعد. أما إن كان السكن مملوكا ...
