كان ابي قبل وفاته يزاول تجارته في محل المكرى باسمه وله توصيل الكراء في اسمه سجل في قسم الضرائب ولم يسجل في السجل التجاري هل يحق للورثة التسجيل في السجل التجاري باسمهم وشكرا وهل يجوز للورقة بالتسجيل في السجل التجاري مع أن التوصيل الكراء في اسم المرحوم
